Service is all about properly maintaining your equipment. Every year have your air conditioning system cleaned before you start it for that season. Refrigerant and pressures checked, and cottonwood cleaned from the condenser coil. Check the evaporator for any build up and good air flow to prevent the system from freezing up.
Every other year do a complete system break down on the furnace and air conditioner to prevent equipment failure.
Change your filters every 90 days. Your system needs to breathe just like you do.
